Biography

Holt Condren is president and founder of Ink Enterprises, a leader in providing creative merchandising solutions for mid and large-sized organizations throughout America. Since 1988, he has led a multi-talented team that applies innovation, persistence, and professionalism to help clients fulfill their unique potential.
As an explorer, Holt’s adventure experiences are most accurately summarized in a single word — determination. Living alone over a thirty-day period, Holt charted forgotten landmarks in the Lower Buffalo and Leatherwood Wilderness areas of the Ozarks.
Holt has vast experience in caving, repelling, rock climbing, and backwoods navigation. He is a licensed N.O.L.S. Wilderness First Responder. Training alongside his friend and accomplished mountain guide Stephen Koch, Holt made an early-season technical summit of the ice-and-snow covered Grand Teton.
With his combination of business and adventure skills, Holt founded TrailBlazers, a company that uses adventure experiences to move people through fears to achieve their personal and professional dreams.
Holt draws on his speaking and storytelling abilities to ignite and launch people in their quest for leading authentically. His down-to-earth keynote speeches, men's ministry seminars, and retreat presentations underscore the practical aspects of planning ambitiously, preparing methodically, persevering heroically, and accelerating towards fear.
In 1987, Holt graduated from The University of Arkansas with a Bachelors Degree in Business Administration, which included an emphasis in Management.
With a passion to pursue new frontiers, Holt recently returned from helping to lead a contingent of geologists, archeologists, and explosive experts to climb and explore Turkey’s Mt. Ararat in search for the true location of Noah’s Ark.
